or nowhere

Apparently, I only update this joke of a blog maybe 3 times a year? Good going.

I promise myself I'll write more when my life gets more interesting, except every time that happens, I get so preoccupied that I don't even try. So I guess you guys jsut get to deal with the mundane mulch that spins around inside my head.

Thought of the day:
Shapes are eternal, but lines hold intimacy that can only be held within the process.

3.2.11

going everywhere apparently

The last couple days have been pretty packed going up and down the city on the train. This map shows what I covered today in order of rainbow, and to think that this doesn't even include the horrifying amount of avenues and streets that I got lost in: for example, I had to run an errand to 49th st and 8th ave. I came out of the studio, looked left, went right for a block, went left for two blocks, and realized it was right all along, by the time which had already covered twice the distance than was necessary.

However, getting lost does have its rewards, like finding Grand Central, Robert Indiana's LOVE sculpture, etc all by accident. Except now I won't be able to get back to most of those.

edit: By the way, my long-time friend, the Ipod nano has finally died (2006-2011). Went to the shwanky Apple Store on 8th and 59th and got the new, still red, nano.

like a boss

Its all kinds of ridiculous down here in New York. Because everything is new, something fun happens almost daily, including our knack of spilling something on the way out every morning. Thankfully, cleaning up a clogged toilet in the morning makes for good room bonding.

Heres some poorly drawn thing to show you what I'm talking about.

new york, new start

temporarily starting some special nycams edition updates via this old excuse for a blog I have here. feel free to cursor through or ignore the previous stuff.
